SWEET CART – GENERAL
Personalised Party Supplies holds full Public Liability Insurance, a copy of our insurance policy can be provided upon request.
-Sweet Sensation Cart is for a 3/4 hour hire period unless we have agreed otherwise. This can be either be hired as just the sweet cart only or with your choice of sweets.
You are not permitted to mix your own sweets with sweets provided from Personalised Party Supplies, this is for insurance and product traceability reasons. Any sweets left over at the end of your event will be placed into your chosen coloured sweet bags for you to enjoy at your leisure as due to hygiene reasons we do not re-use sweets.
Permission should be sought by you the hirer from the venue as to the suitability of all items hired and to ensure that Sweet Sensation cart will fit into your chosen venue, the dimensions of are 134 cm length, 72 cm width and 198 cm height.
Personalised Party Supplies will deliver and set up on a date and time specified by you, once the sweet cart is in location then unfortunately the sweet cart cannot be moved by anyone other than Personalised Party Supplies. Under no circumstances can anything such as banners or pictures be attached to Personalised Party Supplies.
Please can you ensure that there is a loading bay or equivalent at your venue for us to be able to unload and then re-load the Sweet Sensation Cart.
Placing an order with Personalised Party Supplies denotes that you have read, agreed and understood these terms and conditions, so please read these carefully. No alterations to these terms and conditions can be made unless we have agreed to these in writing.
We reserve the right to remove Personalised Party Supplies from any event before the end of the hire period if we deem that the sweet cart is in danger of damage or if we are faced with abusive or threatening behaviour.
We can hold a selected date for you for 1 week only, after this time if the deposit has not been paid, we reserve the right to release the date.
All bookings will be confirmed in writing and be guaranteed once the relevant payment has been received.
Although we endeavour to ensure that your sweet choices are presented to you, occasionally suppliers change their sweets, withdraw them from sale or have a quality alert on them, so on these rare occasions we reserve the right to substitute a sweet choice for a similar sweet variety.
BOOKING PROCESS AND PAYMENT
If your booking is more than 6 weeks away, then we require a £25.00 non-refundable deposit to secure your booking, We then require full payment no later than 4 weeks to your event taking place. If your booking is less than 6 weeks away then we require full payment along with the fully refundable damage deposit of £100.00
As part of my insurance clause we require a damage deposit of £100 which is fully refundable which will be paid on collection of the Cart. The cash will be given back to you or a named party at the end of your hire period upon the satisfactory collection of my cart.Should any damage occur then unfortunately this will result in a deduction from your deposit to replace any items. All damaged items remain the property of Personalised Party Supplies and must be returned.
We accept payment by cash, paypal or bank transfer.
If we haven’t received full payment 4 weeks before your booking, then we reserve the right to withdraw our acceptance of your order. No delivery will be made without full payment.
No refunds or credits will be issued for any returned or unused stock.
We have many sweet suppliers and we hold a full list of ingredients of each variety of sweet that we have available which can be provided on request. We are fully aware of the serious risk to people who are allergic to nuts. It is with regret that due to cross contamination within the sweet factories that we are unable to guarantee that the products we supply have not come into contact with nuts or nut derivatives. Any sweets provided by me that we know contain nuts will be clearly labelled and stored away from other products. All of our sweets are handled with hygiene gloves which will be changed if handling any sweets containing nuts.
If you have any questions or require specific information about a certain product then please let us know and we will do our best to help.
Less than 8 weeks prior to your event – 10% of total cost or £25 deposit whichever is the greatest.
Less than 4 weeks prior to your event – 50% of charge is due or £25 deposit whichever is the greatest.
Less than 2 weeks prior to event – 100% of charge is due.

In the unlikely event of any dissatisfaction on your part, please inform Personalised Party Supplies
In no circumstances shall our liability to you exceed the invoice value of the contract.
Personalised Party Supplies or any of my representatives shall not be liable in respect of damages/injury/loss or any other damage incurred in respect of this hire, unless caused by the negligence of Personalised Party Supplies
In no event shall Personalised Party Supplies be liable to you for any damages resulting from or related to any failure or delay to provide service under this agreement if such delays of failures are due to strikes, weather, fire, riots, acts of god, theft, terrorism, vandalism or other causes beyond my control, as defined by standard practices in the industry.
These terms and conditions and any contract formed between us shall be governed by the laws of England and the English Courts shall have jurisdiction to resolve any disputes between us.
Personalised Party Supplies will treat any personal information you provide in accordance with the (Data Protection Act of 1998), any information you supply will only be used to contact you in connection with services provided and to respond to any requests you have made to provide the requested information.
Personalised Party Supplies WILL NOT under any circumstances sell, trade or rent your information to third parties.
